Pack 97 is blessed to offer a strong and vibrant Cub Scout program. We are excited that your child is interested joining us. Membership is open to boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade, from any school or faith.
The steps to joining are:
- Decide if Pack 97 is right for you. You can:
- Read general information and our membership costs.
- Attend an information meeting / Join Scouting Night.
- Attend any pack event to meet us in person.
- Request more information from us via the Be A Scout website.
- Contact us at any time with questions.
- Complete a Youth Application online and pay for your child’s initial registration.
- Pay annual pack dues. Your child will join a grade-specific Den as follows:
- Lions (kindergarten)
- Tigers (first grade)
- Wolves (second grade)
- Bears (third grade)
- Webelos (fourth grade)
- Arrow of Light (fifth grade)
- Purchase your child’s uniform. Learn about required uniform parts and where to buy them.
- Finally, parents play vital roles in supporting both their own child(ren) and the pack. Every adult leader in our pack is a volunteer. Whether your family can help in little ways or in big ways, your participation improves the experience for everyone. If you don’t know where to start, check our volunteer page or just ask your den leader!
- OPTIONAL – We have a Pack Facebook page that we use to share. You are welcome to join it!
